Summer 2009/10 Rates

NB All DBB rates are per room per night and  include accommodation, 3 course dinner each evening and full breakfast each morning.

NB All B&B rates are per room per night and  include accommodation and full breakfast each morning.

• Rooms serviced daily
• Single rates available on request from $189 per night
• Group rates available on request
• Extended stay rates available on request (5 nights plus)
• Extra adult sharing $90 per day DBB
• Extra child sharing $60 per day DBB
• Family rate is 2 adults and 2 children (12 years or under) sharing the same room and includes dinner, full breakfast.
• Infant 0 - 2 years $30 per night including all meals and cot if required
• Reservation confirmed on receipt of first day tariff
• All rates include GST
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Every effort will be made to assist with date changes however cancellations incur $50 service fee
• Hikers lunches available when ordered in advance.

• * Child 3 - 14 years sharing with 2 adults paying 2 share rate
• Infant  0 - 2 years $35 per night including all meals and cot
• Rates include oversnow transfers to & from the Hotel & Guthega terminal, charges apply after 10pm
• All rates include GST
• Rates are subject to change without notice

Booking Conditions

• 50% of total cost payable at time of booking. If not received, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival.
• The number of occupants including children must not exceed the number stated on the reservation.

Cancellation

• If you need to alter your booking we will make every effort to assist. Please note that demand is heavy during the ski season and it may not be possible to alter a booking once confirmed.
• Outside eight weeks prior to arrival, refund of deposit less a $50 service charge per person.
• Within eight weeks of arrival – no refund of monies.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking.
• We recommend insurance for ski holidays.
