Guthega Alpine Hotel Winter 2008 rates

• All rates are per person bed & breakfast including 1x dinner on week end, 5x dinners mid week (adult dinner -3 course, child dinner - 2 course)
• Weekend: Fri & Sat nights
• Mid week: Sunday night to Thursday night inclusive
• Extra adult $80 per day
• Extra child $60 per day
• * Child 2 - 14 years sharing with 2 adults 
• Family rate is 2 adults and 2 children 12 years & under sharing the same room
• Infant  0 - 2 years $30 per night including all meals and cot if required
• Rates include oversnow transfers to & from the Hotel & Guthega terminal
• All rates include GST
• Rates are subject to change without notice

Booking Conditions

• 50% of total cost payable at time of booking. If not received, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival.
• The number of occupants including children must not exceed the number stated on the reservation.

Cancellation

• If you need to alter your booking we will make every effort to assist. Please note that demand is heavy during the ski season and it may not be possible to alter a booking once confirmed
• Outside eight weeks prior to arrival, refund of deposit less a $50 service charge per person.
• Within eight weeks of arrival – no refund of monies.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking.
• We recommend insurance for ski holidays.
